Winter Boulevard was opened on 15th July 2008, an extention of my personal domain Caramel Coated, as a place to store and provide graphics which I've created over the years. All graphics are handmade in Adobe Photoshop and Paintshop Pro, from my own personal sources. Everything is my own work.
As for me, I am Jo, a 21 year old girl, residing in the United Kingdom. I have a passion for photography, web design, digital art, and graphic design, among many other things.
